Community Transformation Initiative Bhd (CTI) is a non-profit organisation working among the urban poor in Kota Damansara.

We started our work earlier as part of another NGO since 2011. However, in September 2016, we formalised our work under CTI, with our first office in Kelana Jaya. In July 2018 we moved nearer to the community we are serving at PPR Section 8, Kota Damansara, setting up our Pusat Komuniti CTI. We also work with all people irrespective of race, religion, age, gender, status or political inclination.

In CTI, we believe that transformation lies at the very heart and core of our work and vision. It is this desire to see lives and communities of the marginalised groups restored and transformed for the better that continually drives us forward.
